We are dedicated to thoroughly removing any impurities such as skin or rotten parts from the precious "Kogane Sengan" sweet potatoes. Our premium shochu is crafted by blending a base of white koji-based moromi (fermented mash) with a moromi made from black koji using exceptional skill. This meticulously brewed sweet potato shochu embodies the essence of a truly small-scale brewery, painstakingly crafted by a husband and wife team.
